Everything You Need to Know - A Deep Dive
A two-hour integrated experience of theory and practices designed that bring an understanding of Life’s infinite bounty and how to have it more consistently.
A few simple insights that help you have the life you want, and
given this information, the process can be easy. You will have an
opportunity to learn everything you need to know, to have the life
you want.
Struggle is a myth and no longer necessary.

Three Opportunities for Essential Somatics:
Pain Relief Through Movement
Beginner Class:
Will meet Mondays from 6:00 -7:00 PM.
The purpose of this class is for students to learn the basic movements and have a guide through them.
Spring Forest Qi Gong:
This second offering is an addition to the Somatic experience. On
Tuesdays from 3:30 - 4:00 PM, Richard is offering a class on Spring Forest Qi Gong. Open to all and can be done stand alone or combined with one's Somatics practice.
Continued Practice:
The third offering is an ongoing class of practice for those that have
learned the movements. The purpose is to support continued practice
and provide access to a guide and a group of likeminded individuals.
