Power of 8

A group of 8 follows the guidance of Lynne McTaggert's book The Power of 8.

A group of 8 comprises eight individuals willing to send healing to others. One of the group members is chosen to be the target of the healing, the others sit in a circle around this person, and can put a hand on the person in a spoke like fashion , or virtually touch him/her. Then an intention statement is created . It is read to the group and then after a brief meditation on the intention, members concentrate thru their heart on the statement and send healing. Both the center person and other group members give feedback. Very often the senders also get a healing.
