Prescott Zendo - Zen Meditation and Teaching

The Prescott Zendo is a “Zen practice” oriented group for both experienced and beginner meditators. If you are a beginner, we will have instruction in Zazen (Zen Meditation), and we will encourage our members to develop a personal Zen practice of their own. 

Dharma talks will concentrate-on Buddhist history, philosophy, and discussions. And, for more experienced practitioners, Sensei Kaigen will also offer one-on-one interviews with members who wish to explore Koans, or discuss their own Zen practice. 

Prescott Zendo is open to all who are searching for a spiritual path to the realization and deeper appreciation of Life.  I'm Looking forward to meeting you, and practicing with you at The Prescott Zendo.
