Because our divine Parent is always pouring out unlimited spiritual goodness to each of us, we always have all that we need. Because God is One, the goodness we reflect is not portioned out or divided up any more than sunlight pouring onto an open field could belong to one person and not another. Now is the time to turn within and practice mindfulness in knowing this truth.
Mindfulness benefits you and supports your spiritual journey.
Enhanced Awareness of the Mind-Body Connection: Mindfulness fosters a deeper understanding of the mind-body connection, empowering you to listen to their bodies with greater care and love.
Reduced Emotional Reactivity: Mindfulness shifts how we relate to our thoughts and emotions, leading to decreased emotional reactivity. You learn to see these mental occurrences as temporary, fostering healthier emotional regulation.
Strengthened Relationship with the Inner World: Mindfulness cultivates a more compassionate and accepting relationship with oneself. You can approach your inner thoughts and emotions with love, breaking free from conditioned thinking patterns.
Empowerment: Mindfulness provides a valuable tool for personal practice, enabling you to embody peace and presence more consistently in your daily life.
Promotion of Self-Compassion and Empathy: Mindfulness training increases self-compassion and empathy, leading to deeper connections and understanding in relationships. You learn to relate not only to yourself but also to others with love and acceptance.
In Creative Mind and Success (1919, p 77.1) Ernest Holmes states “In the silence of the soul’s communion with the Great Cause of All Being, into the stillness of the Absolute, into the secret place of the Most High, back of the din and the ceaseless roar of life, we shall find a resting place and a place of real spiritual power.
Namaste,
