The Courage to Transform: Journal Prompts

Use these journal prompts to notice the pull of your old patterns, track your new choices, and reflect on your transformation journey.


1. What old pattern or habit am I most aware of right now? What does it feel like when it

pulls me?




2. What is one small new choice I can make today?




3. How did I respond to the pull today? Did I follow the old or choose the new?




4. What happened when I chose differently? How did I feel afterward?




5. Where am I looking outside myself for someone else to give me the key?




6. What would it feel like to believe that the key is already in my hands?




7. What is the smallest step I can take to support myself in this transformation?




8. Where can I pause, sit, and listen to the heart instead of the mind?
