The World Is Already Showing Us

As spring unfurls her beauty, the world is demonstrating something profound to those with eyes to see and hearts willing to listen. Life doesn’t resist itself. It doesn’t question whether it’s worthy to bloom. It simply expresses, responds, renews, and grows. The same Power that calls the flower forth is within us.

And just like the Earth, we are always planting. Thought is the seed, belief is the soil, feeling is the water, and our consciousness is the climate. What we nurture will grow. What we avoid may still root itself and show up in our lives. But the good news is—we have the ability to choose. And that is the essence of responsibility: the ability to respond.

The great teaching of the Science of Mind reminds us that the Universe is an ever-giving Source, responding to us in perfect correspondence. Ernest Holmes wrote, “We are surrounded by a Creative Mind which receives the direct impress of our thought and acts upon it.” That means we’re not waiting for spring to happen around us—we are spring happening, when we align with the Creative Intelligence that made us.

This is not new. Look around. The manifested world has been giving us examples of the Creative Process since the beginning of time. We had dirt roads—until the idea of paved ones emerged through someone tuned into what was next. We rode in carriages—until someone caught the idea of engines and motion. Life is always giving to itself through the awakened awareness of those who are willing to listen, respond, and take action.

And so I invite you, in this season of renewal, to stop and watch the way nature does it. The way Spirit never withholds. The way everything in bloom is giving back to the very Source that gave it life. This is your season too. Not just to observe, but to participate. To renew your own sense of inner responsibility, not as burden, but as response-ability—your sacred power to say yes to the next evolution of your life.

Take a breath. Put your hands in the dirt if you can. Watch the trees. Let the world teach you what you already know deep within: that Life is always ready to become more of Itself through you.
